It has been mostly overcast with highs in the 40s today. We decided to go hunting grizzly bears early this morning. I loaded the "big gun" (my new long-distance lens), and we meandered back down Highway 97. We even ventured off-road on abandoned parts of the Alaska Highway.
While we didn't see a grizzly bear, attached are a few of our favorite photos from the day, beginning with David on the Old Alaska Highway, Stone sheep, caribou, and my favorite... a moose cow. What a glorious day!
PS There's a moocher in our camp. If you'd like to read about him, go to Roxanne's blog at roxannedogblog.blogspot.com!
